1.2 API Usage Data

For service operation and rate limiting, we log:

We do NOT log:

• Your personal IP address when making API requests

1.3 Anonymous IP Lookups

For free, anonymous IP lookups on our homepage:

• We use browser fingerprinting for rate limiting only (20 queries per day limit)
• No personal information is stored
• Fingerprints are hashed and cannot be reversed to identify you
• Lookup history is not retained beyond rate limiting period

Logs are automatically deleted after 90 days.

5.3 Anonymous Query Logs

Fingerprints for anonymous queries are retained for 24 hours only for rate limiting purposes, then automatically deleted.
